Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Bulk and OEM/private label orders ship via:

LTL (Less Than Truckload)
Ocean freight (international export orders)
Air freight (upon request)

Delivery timelines vary based on:

Production schedule (typically 8+ weeks depending on factory capacity)
Order size
Destination country
Customs clearance (for international shipments)

Shipping costs are quoted separately unless otherwise agreed in contract.

Important Notes

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or included in your wholesale quotation.
Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
P.O. Boxes are eligible for standard shipping only.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees (if applicable).

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items or custom products:

Items may ship separately based on availability
Each shipment will have its own tracking number
You will not be charged additional shipping beyond the agreed amount

Production & Delivery Timeline (Custom Orders)

For custom, OEM, and private label flip flops:

Production time typically ranges from 8 weeks or longer, depending on factory workload
Delivery time is additional and depends on shipping method
Exact timelines are confirmed before order approval

We recommend placing seasonal or resort orders well in advance.

Item Availability

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly.
You will not be charged for unavailable items.
Backordered items may ship separately.
