Wholesale Partnership Eligibility and Terms for OHM

The OHM wholesale program is exclusively intended for licensed and insured business owners who are engaged in the resale of shoes and accessories.

Eligibility Requirements:

• All prospective applicants must provide valid business credentials and documentation as required by their state or jurisdiction. Examples include, but are not limited to:
• OHM Services Limited may request additional information or documentation at its discretion to verify eligibility.
• Wholesale pricing is available only to legitimate, professional dealers and retail stores specializing in shoes, belts, wallets, and accessories.
• There is no minimum order size per purchase; however, an annual minimum purchase requirement of $500 USD must be met to maintain wholesale account status.

Application and Account Terms:

• Upon approval, applicants will receive an email notification outlining the next steps to begin as a wholesale partner.
• Acceptance into the OHM New York wholesale program is contingent upon certification that the applicant is a professional business store owner with the relevant experience, knowledge, and skills to represent OHM products.
• Membership details and pricing are confidential. Account access is strictly limited to the registered business and authorized agents or approved buyers listed on the account.
• Wholesale members placing orders by phone should be prepared with their account number, SKU numbers, and quantities. Assistance with product or order questions is readily available.
• OHM Services Limited reserves the right to revoke wholesale status at any time if account holders fail to meet the program’s expectations and requirements.
