Warranty Policy

 

At OHM, we stand behind the quality of our products. As a manufacturer serving resorts, hotels, spas, and private label partners, we are committed to delivering durable and reliable footwear.

1. Warranty Coverage

We provide a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

This includes:

  • Sole separation due to manufacturing fault

  • Strap breakage caused by production defect

  • Material defects (rubber or strap issues not caused by misuse)

The warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship.


2. Warranty Period

  • Retail Customers: 30 days from date of purchase

  • Wholesale / Bulk Orders: As per agreed contract terms

  • OEM / Private Label Orders: As per agreed contract terms


3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage due to improper use

  • Exposure to extreme heat or chemicals

  • Cuts, burns, or accidental damage

  • Alterations or modifications after delivery


4. Claim Process

To request a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us 

  2. Provide order number or invoice copy

  3. Share clear photos of the defect

  4. Briefly explain the issue

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.


5. Resolution

If the claim is approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement product

  • Repair (if applicable)

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund (for bulk orders, case-by-case basis)

Shipping terms for replacements may vary depending on order type and location.


6. OEM & Private Label Orders

For OEM / Private Label clients, warranty terms are defined in the signed agreement. We recommend quality inspection within 7 days of receiving goods.
