Footwear – 90-Days Limited Warranty

OHM New York’s 90-Days Limited Warranty applies only to footwear purchased from ohmnewyork.com or authorized OHM New York retailers. Purchases from unauthorized retailers are not covered.

We reserve the right to evaluate any footwear product and deny coverage if damage is caused by misuse or excessive wear. Please allow 7–10 business days for the full warranty evaluation process.

This warranty covers:

• Stitching

• Quality of leather

• Hardware: eyelets, buckles, and hooks

• Attachment of sole to upper and upper components

• Durability of outsole under normal wear

This warranty does not cover:

• Stitching or hardware failure from snagging or accidents

• Untreated or dried-out leather

• Material failure from excessive wear, misuse, or chemical exposure

• Sole separation caused by snagging, hooking, or cutting

• Heavy wear or poor fit

What is the OHM In-Store Pickup Service?

The OHM In-Store Pickup service lets you shop online at ohmnewyork.com and pick up your order the same day at any of our OHM retail locations in the U.S. and Canada.

How do I place an order for in-store pickup?

Simply add any item eligible for in-store pickup to your Shopping Bag. During checkout, select the “In-Store Pickup”option and complete your purchase. Please note that all items must be purchased online and paid for in advance using a credit card or gift card.

After placing your order, you will receive two important emails:

1. Order Confirmation: Confirms we have received and are processing your order.

2. Pickup Notification: Confirms your order is ready for pickup at the selected store.
