Pricing Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
This program is intended for the sole use of licensed, insured business owners engaged in resale of shoes and accessories.
All prospective applicants are required to provide proper business credentials and documentation as required by their state. Examples include state resale certificates, business licenses, EIN, seller's permit, Certificate of Authority, etc. Additional details or information may be requested at the discretion of OHM Services Limited.
Qualification
Wholesale pricing is only available to legitimate professional dealers, shoes and clothing retail stores and retail stores engaged in the resale of shoes, belts, wallets and accessories.
Although there is no minimum amount per order, there is an annual minimum requirement that must be met to retain your Wholesale account status. Currently this annual minimum is $500 USD.
You will receive an email notification in the event that your wholesale application has been approved. This email will provide the next steps to getting started as a wholesale partner.
Guidelines
Acceptance and enrollment into the OHM New York Wholesale program is contingent on certification that the prospective applicant is a professional business store owner with the experience, knowledge and skill set needed for OHM products.
This pricing and details provided with membership into this program are confidential. Account logins are for the sole use of the registered business and its agents or approved buyers listed on the account.
When placing phone orders, Wholesale program members are asked to be ready with their account number, sku numbers, and quantities. We are always happy to be available for product and order questions when needed.
OHM Services Limited, reserves the right to revoke Wholesale status at any time should customers repeatedly fail to meet the expectations set forth in the program details provided.

• Wholesale pricing extends to all OHM brand products offered by OHM Services Limited, standard wholesale discount is 67% off MSRP where applicable.
• Prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
• Pricing estimates on OEM, Private Label manufacturing, or other special projects are valid for 60 days unless otherwise noted.
Wholesale Ordering
How do I place wholesale order?
Instructions for placing Wholesale order:
1. Account Approval:
Once your account is approved, you will receive a discount code via email. This code is exclusive to approved stores and email addresses. Wholesale prices are 33% of display prices.
2. Accessing Your Account:
- To log in, visit account.ohmnewyork.com
- Enter the email associated with your approved account.
- You will receive a 6-digit authentication code via email. Enter this code to complete your login.
3. Shopping:
- Once logged in, you can browse and shop by clicking the "Go to Store" button located in the top-right corner of the page.
- Browse through the products and select the items you'd like to order.
4. Using the Discount Code:
- During checkout, apply the wholesale discount code provided to you.
- The final price will automatically update to reflect the wholesale price, which is 33% of the displayed retail price.
5. Managing Your Order:
After logging in, you can manage your order from the "Account" section of the site.

How do I change my shipping address?
Your shipping address is stored for your convenience, but can be changed anytime from account dashboard page or by clicking on the shipping address link on the checkout page.
If you need to store more than one shipping address on your account, you will need additional locations configured on your business account.

Can I still pickup my order in store?
Absolutely! Whether it's to save on shipping, share a fish tale, or just to see a friendly face, we'd love to see you in our showroom.

Taxes
Will I be charged taxes?
By the nature of your business as a OHM Services Limited wholesaler, you are exempt from tax. However, OHM, is required to have on file, documentation of your tax exempt status from your purchasing location.
At your earliest convenience, please forward documentation of your local (state, county, province, parish, etc.) tax exempt status for our records. We must receive your documentation in order to avoid taxation of your OHM wholesale purchases.
