At OHM New York, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a limited warranty on all eligible purchases to ensure your experience meets our standards of craftsmanship and care.

Coverage by Product Type:

Footwear – 90-Day Limited Warranty
Covers defects in stitching, leather quality, hardware, outsole bonding, and construction under normal wear. Does not cover damage due to misuse, excessive wear, or neglect (e.g., wet or untreated leather).

Leather Goods (Belts, Wallets, Bags) – 1-Year Limited Warranty
Covers material and workmanship defects under normal use. We will repair or replace eligible items. Return shipping costs may apply.

Accessories – 1-Year Limited Warranty
Includes items like keychains and small leather goods. Same terms as leather goods.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or abnormal wear
  • Water damage or dye transfer
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
  • Normal aging or patina of natural leather
