Warranty Policy
At OHM, we stand behind the quality of our products. As a manufacturer serving resorts, hotels, spas, and private label partners, we are committed to delivering durable and reliable footwear.
1. Warranty Coverage
We provide a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
This includes:

Sole separation due to manufacturing fault

Strap breakage caused by production defect

Material defects (rubber or strap issues not caused by misuse)
The warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship.
2. Warranty Period

Retail Customers: 30 days from date of purchase

Wholesale / Bulk Orders: As per agreed contract terms

OEM / Private Label Orders: As per agreed contract terms
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage due to improper use

Exposure to extreme heat or chemicals

Cuts, burns, or accidental damage

Alterations or modifications after delivery
4. Claim Process
To request a warranty claim:

Shipping terms for replacements may vary depending on order type and location.
6. OEM & Private Label Orders
For OEM / Private Label clients, warranty terms are defined in the signed agreement. We recommend quality inspection within 7 days of receiving goods.
