California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Disclosure

At OHM New York, we are deeply committed to ethical business practices and responsible sourcing. As a brand that values craftsmanship, integrity, and human dignity, we fully support the principles outlined in the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657).

This disclosure outlines the steps we take to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our supply chains.

1. Supply Chain Verification

We proactively assess the risk of human trafficking and forced labor within our supply chain. Our verification process includes evaluating suppliers based on their location, reputation, and operational practices. We seek to work with partners who share our values and demonstrate a clear commitment to fair labor.

Where appropriate, we may engage third-party evaluators or request additional documentation to confirm that suppliers operate in a lawful and ethical manner.

2. Audits of Suppliers

To ensure that our standards are being upheld, we conduct regular audits of our suppliers and production facilities. These audits focus on workplace safety, legal compliance, employee well-being, and the absence of exploitative labor practices.

Although some audits are performed by our internal compliance team, we reserve the right to commission unannounced inspections or partner with independent audit firms where necessary.

3. Supplier Certification

OHM New York requires all direct suppliers to certify that the materials and products they provide are manufactured in compliance with applicable laws regarding forced labor, child labor, and human trafficking.

Our supplier agreements include clear language regarding compliance with these laws, and continued partnership is contingent on adherence to our ethical sourcing standards.

4. Internal Accountability

We hold our team to the same high standards we expect of our partners. OHM New York has established internal accountability procedures to address violations of our ethical code.

Employees, managers, or suppliers who fail to meet our expectations with regard to ethical sourcing or labor practices may face disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contracts.

5. Training and Capacity Building

To support these efforts, OHM New York provides training for employees who have direct responsibility for supply chain management. This training equips them to identify warning signs of human trafficking and forced labor and to respond appropriately.

We also encourage ongoing education and awareness to help build a culture of transparency and responsibility throughout our organization.

At OHM New York, we believe that every product should reflect not only quality in craftsmanship but also integrity in how it was made. We remain committed to building a supply chain that honors human rights and contributes to a more ethical global marketplace.
