All merchandise ordered on ohmnewyork.com can be shipped to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO addresses, as well as to all provinces and territories in Canada. We also offer international shipping to select destinations including the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany and Italy.

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders $50 or more (before tax). Automatically applied at checkout.

  • Signature Required: All shipments require a signature due to product value.

  • Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO & P.O. Boxes: Only eligible for standard ground shipping. Allow extra delivery time.

  • High-Value Orders: May require a signature and may not qualify for standard shipping.

Multiple Shipments

Items in one order may ship separately depending on availability.
Each shipment:

  • May have its own tracking number

  • Will not exceed the total applicable flat-rate shipping charge

Special Items & Restrictions

  • Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT): Ground shipping only. Cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or APO/FPO.

  • Exotic Skins: Cannot be shipped to California due to legal restrictions.

Item Availability

  • Out of Stock: Items may appear “Out of Stock” or be removed from the site. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we’ll notify you and cancel the item. You will not be charged.

  • Short Shipment: If fewer items ship than ordered, we’ll notify you. Remaining items may be shipped later or canceled.

  • Pre-Orders:

    • Labeled “Pre-Order” on product pages

    • A valid credit card is required

    • You won’t be charged until the item ships
